 The Prestige Condensing Stainless Steel Combustion Wall Mounted Boiler.
The Prestige boiler features a uniquely designed stainless steel heat exchanger and offers efficiency in excess of 93%. The Prestige has the capability to modulate the firing rate to 25% of its rated input and is available in 3 sizes, a 110, 175, and 250. This modulation means fewer cycles resulting in lower operating costs.
The Prestige can be directly vented up to 60 feet out a side wall with PVC or ABS pipe.
The Prestige requires minimal installation space, operates quietly, and features an attractive jacket with a digital control panel. The boiler is equipped with a stainless steel premix burner and is available in natural gas or propane.

Phase III's exclusive design allows for the continuous production of domestic hot water without the use of a coil.
Hot water from any boiler is circulated around a corrugated stainless steel tank for safe, efficient hot water at the lowest operating cost.
