Service tech. was "hung up" at an out of town call and respectfully made the call to inform us of this situation. Tech. recalled a rodent wire chewing situation from last year, rechecked and found another wire chewed and repaired it. Left job with everything neat and clean. Wore booties in the house to help keep our house clean. Marc answered questions I had concerning our Aprilaire maintenance, and explained the possible reason we had an issue with our furnace not turning on this winter. Marc is a very respectful and responsible technician for Crew Heating & AC. We were very pleased with our service call.

When our furnace suddenly stopped working at 2am someone from Carew came out to our house right away. With a newborn and a toddler we were concerned as to how long it would take to put a new furnace in. The people from Carew were able to have everything done the same day. They even provided us with space heaters to use while we waited. We will definitely be calling them in the future if needed.
Had no heat. Called & within 15 minutes TJ was here. Checked everything out. He explained to me the process & problem in a non HVAC language so I understood. My heat came back on so we were warm again! Thank you!
