Called early in the morning Roger was out promptly and had to come back but he was back when he said he would and got our problems taken care of.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous, and able to explain what he was doing. What really impressed me was the fact that he asked if we had that coupon that you had mailed out some time ago . This resulted in a considerable savings for us. He wouldn't have had to do that. It showed me that he was more concerned about his customer, than about simple making money for the company.

Have used Carew since 2008, when Watertown became our new home. We had a problem during the summer and I called on a Sunday to leave a voice mail for Monday. I was very surprised to have Mr. Mark Carew answer his phone. I told him the problem could wait until Monday and left him the info. Low and behold he appeared about an hour later, fixed the problem in 10 minutes and told strangers he'd bill them. I would never use anyone else. His service people are intelligent, well trained, ccourteous and timely. Fantastic company....the best I've ever had. Call them today! You won't regret it. And ask for info on the annual contract. It's a money saver!

Roger did a very thorough job of checking out and cleaning our air conditioner. He did a fine job of explaining things so that I was able to understand them plus helping me with some issues with my thermostat.
Roger did a maintenance check on my 21 year old, misfiring AC. He was most thorough in his explanation of what was wrong. He provided clear options. I chose to purchase a new one. Mark Carew called me the next day. I appreciated, "Here is the cost... no hidden charge." Honest and straightforward. They delivered the new AC on the date Mark had said he would. Mark D and another man were friendly and did fine work installing the new unit, answering my questions as they went along.
