Tech came to clean furnace and a/c. They were very good communicators and answered all my questions. Work area was left very clean. I actually wound up ordering a new furnace to replace my aging one because of it's inefficiency and condition.
I had two workers come to our home. One worked on furnace while the other worked on a/c. They were both very courteous and friendly. They where both very helpful when asking questions.
