A regularly scheduled service appointment uncovered a deteriorating part. A subsequent visit to install the replacement part led to the discovery of another deteriorating part. Rather than replace the parts, I had a conversation about replacing the 16 year old furnace. In short, I decided to have a top line unit installed now that should carry me well into my retirement years. I received excellent education pre-sale and the installation was both quick and efficient.
