I called for an air conditioner tune-up and got an appointment within 10 days. The technician was on time and here for an hour. It is nice that Carew actually gives you an appointment instead of saying they will be there "sometime in the afternoon". I also had a coupon to use. I have no idea about the quality of service since know nothing about HVAC. But the air conditioner works.
