Roger did a great job! He explained every detail of the service call. He was helpful and gave tips on the care of our furnace. He noticed our dehumidifier and as an added courtesy he looked up the make and model to be certain that our model was not on a recall list. We are very pleased with the service Carew Heating and AC offers.
Our first experience with Carew was when my 90 year old mother had furnace problems toward the end of winter. They came out immediately an fixed it. We were so pleased with that experience, that when we knew it was time to replace our own furnace, we turn to them. They did a very nice job, informing us about what is available, taking out the old furnace and air conditioner and putting in the new units. We are very pleased.
