What's Included in Carew Heating & AC's Annual Maintenance Plans
Comfort Club membership covers routine maintenance for your heating and cooling equipment while giving you preferred service throughout the membership year. Heating maintenance is scheduled during the colder-season service window, from October through May, while central AC tune-ups are completed from May through September when weather conditions allow.
Depending on your equipment and membership setup, benefits include:
- Annual Heating & Cooling Maintenance: Membership includes a comprehensive annual tune-up for your furnace or boiler and annual service for your central air conditioner.
- Priority Emergency Response: Members receive priority treatment for unexpected HVAC failures, including same-day emergency service when available.
- Reduce Service-Call Fees: If your system needs repair between maintenance visits, you receive a discounted diagnostic/service fee.
- 15% Off Required Parts & Filters: Comfort Club members save on repair parts and everyday items such as furnace filters.
- No Overtime Charges: After-hours and weekend service does not carry an additional overtime charge for Comfort Club members.
- Easy Annual Scheduling: When you renew, Carew gives you the option to pre-schedule your annual maintenance visits so the seasonal tune-ups are already on the calendar.
- Coverage for Additional Equipment: Extra heating and cooling units can be added for $134 per unit annually or $10 per unit monthly.
- Annual or Monthly Enrollment: The annual Comfort Club Membership is $268 for one furnace and one central AC unit. Monthly membership is available for $10 per unit, with a 12-month minimum commitment.
