Carew Cares Food Pantry Event

As a local business, Carew Heating & AC, Inc., believes it is essential to be civically engaged and contribute to the community that supports us every day. This year, we’re doing more to give back. That’s why we’re excited to provide you with a chance to benefit your hardworking organization through Carew Cares.

Here are the top three local organizations our employees would like to support through Carew Cares:

• Sunrise Reach (Lake Mills)
  • Sunrise Reach is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the community by reducing barriers to healthy food and essential items. Founded in 2020 after a local pop-up pantry served 17 families in Lake Mills, the organization has grown into a monthly food support program. Officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) in 2021, Sunrise Reach continues to work toward a community where everyone has reliable access to nutritious food, education, and support.
• Jefferson Area Food Pantry (Jefferson)
  • Jefferson Food Pantry serves residents of the Jefferson School District, providing groceries and essentials to neighbors in need. Non-district residents may visit up to three times, and all Jefferson County residents can receive Senior Stockboxes. Located at 164 W. Garland Street, Jefferson, WI, the pantry is open Mondays and Thursdays, 1–4 PM. Guests can choose their own groceries, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery, and more.
• Lord’s Cupboard, St. Paul’s (Oconomowoc)
  • The Lord’s Cupboard at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church shares the love and hope of Christ by providing food and essential household items to neighbors in need. The pantry operates as a drive-thru on the first and third Mondays of each month from 5:30–6:30 PM at 210 E. Pleasant Street, Oconomowoc. No residency or income requirements — all are welcome. Upcoming 2025 pantry dates: November 17, December 1, and December 15.

The organization with the most votes at the conclusion of the event will receive:

• Top prize of $1,500, 
• 2nd  place prizes of $1,000
• 3rd place of$500

The event starts on November 5 and ends on November 21.
