Keep Your Equipment in Good Working Order

Basic Comfort Club membership entitles you to receive an annual cleaning for one furnace/boiler and one central air unit** to keep your equipment in top working order and help you save money on utility bills.

  • Furnace maintenance checks are completed from October through May.
  • AC maintenance checks are completed from May through September, as weather permits.

To set up an appointment for a cleaning, just give us a call. *It is the customer’s responsibility to
schedule these appointments during the membership year. Maintenance checks are not carried overfrom one year to the next  – Think of it like a gym membership. Use it or lose it!

This is an auto-renewal program and you will be sent a bill each year when it’s time to renew your
membership. You can cancel at any time.

If Your Equipment Breaks Down

  • If your equipment ever breaks down you will receive priority (same day)
    emergency service.
  • You’ll pay a reduced service fee at the time of service, plus repairs.
  • You’ll receive a 15% discount on any parts you may need, including furnace
    filters.
  • If you are in need of after-hours or weekend service there is never an overtime charge during the lifetime of your Comfort Club membership! You’ll pay a reduced service fee. 

**ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR $134 PER UNIT (YEARLY) OR $10 PER UNIT (MONTHLY). All heating and cooling equipment must be covered under the membership.

* When you renew your comfort club membership, you can set up your cleanings for the year at the same time so that you don’t forget to schedule them
