Carew Heating & AC’s Comfort Club
Joining our Comfort Club provides a comprehensive annual tune-up for your heating system (furnace or boiler) as well as a complete annual service for your central air conditioner. These scheduled services are designed to maintain your equipment's optimal performance and efficiency while helping you reduce your monthly energy costs.
- Heating system service. Maintenance checks are performed between October and May to help keep you warm throughout the chillier months.
- Cooling system service. We complete AC tune-ups in May through September (subject to appropriate weather conditions).
To schedule your preventative maintenance appointment, simply contact our technicians.
Please note that it is the member's obligation to book these services within the current membership year. Maintenance checks do not roll over into the subsequent year. Think of your membership benefit like a subscription: use it before it expires!

Should you experience an unexpected malfunction or breakdown with your heater or AC, your Comfort Club membership helps ensure you receive top-tier treatment and savings:
- Priority emergency response. Receive same-day emergency service to address system failures immediately, minimizing your downtime and discomfort.
- Reduced service call fee. You'll pay a discounted diagnostic/service fee at the time of the service visit, plus the cost of any necessary repairs.
- Parts and filter savings. We provide members with a 15% discount on all required parts, including essential items like furnace filters.
- Zero overtime charges. When you’re a member, there is never an overtime charge for service outside of normal business hours or on a weekend. You'll simply pay the same reduced service fee.
Additionally, we make it easy to schedule your services when you renew your Comfort Club membership with the convenient option to pre-schedule all your annual cleanings right then and there. This proactive step helps guarantee you never miss an essential maintenance appointment.
Expanding Your Membership Coverage
- Additional equipment coverage. You can add more heating and cooling units to your membership for just $134 per unit per year or $10 per unit per month.
- Comprehensive coverage requirement. To ensure continuous, optimal performance and maintain your membership's benefits, all heating and cooling equipment on your property must be included under the Comfort Club agreement.
